Project 100


I gave myself a new goal and a new project. I call it Project 100. The goal is to lose 100 lbs. in 100 days. Which sounds like a LOT, but I don't want to 'sandbag' my goal, and I think it's obtainable. Now I know that this is going to take a LOT of work on my part, but I'm up for it! I plan on working out every day as much as possible, and also stick to a healthy diet...including....wait for it...NO SODA for 100 days, NO FAST FOOD (subway is not included) for 100 days. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Eating fruits and veggies. NO EATING AFTER 7 PM. Think it's do-able?? I do!

As part of this Project 100, I will also be blogging about my journey as well. Roadblocks, goals attained and pictures of my process...so without further ado..my before picture!

Confessions

Not in a "forgive me father for I have sinned" type of way, but in a hey blog world this is me kind of way...These are my confessions...

  • I read Mom blogs...lots of them. I am not a mom, I believe this makes me weird, but I read them anyway.
  • I use (...) way too frequently.
  • I am 100 lbs. overweight, and it's something I've struggled with my whole life.
  • I feel like I own a very broken, bruised heart, and that makes me sad.
  • I eat Tums like they are candy (but I looked it up and it doesn't seem to be bad for you).
  • I just recently fell in deep love with a 2 year old. (my nephew Charlie).
  • I was a LOSER in high school. Shy, awkward...LOSER.
  • My Ipod is filled with trashy music.(ex: FACK by Eminem, Humpty Dance, Baby Got Bakc) I think because I grew up in such a christian environment, it's my way of rebelling (even though my parents know about it).
  • I sometimes have just a can of vegetables for dinner, and see nothing wrong with it.
  • I am addicted to pickles, netflix, self help books, and buying pillows.
